If life were to freeze at 30 years old, would you still make the same choices?

The headache has become more severe. During the National Day holiday, I visited an elderly mentor at a nursing home. The 88-year-old man, due to a common cold, developed pneumonia and is now paralyzed in bed, relying on nasal feeding to sustain his life. Recently, I've been thinking about what I would choose if my life were to freeze at 30. Perhaps many of the things that cause me distress wouldn't be so troubling anymore. We are always entangled in education, positions, and salaries; or maybe we don't really want to be entangled, everyone is just trying to live better, is that wrong? Blind dates require looking at education levels, creating various chains of disdain: civil servants > public institution employees > private enterprises. The bureaucratic culture of Tsinghua seems to have remained unchanged; one can only say that everywhere is a besieged city. Many of my friends have resigned recently, feeling so tired and not wanting to persist any longer. I can never see the light, nor can I see the road ahead.
